Bodywork

In order to manipulate the body's structure into something with more integrity and therefore a balanced tensegrity, the body must first be thoroughly and properly hydrated. Limited range of motion as well as more complex issues such as arthritis and poor blood circulation are a byproduct of restricted fluid transmission to the body. Myofascial release is the art of putting water back into the tissue the way we put water back into clay in order to restructure and reshape it. By doing this, we are able to reinstate proper blood flow and fluid exchange through soft tissue. In no way, shape, or form does myofascial release solve problems by itself, but you can't solve your problems without first starting with myofascial release. Per our very accurate consultations, we take a look at a person's posture and gait to codify the specific issues and blips in a person's mechanics that attribute to their problems. We are then able to prescribe the myofascial release points necessary to begin to unwind these dysfunctions. Receiving bodywork is a specialized way of receiving the release needed to these prescribed points.
