Youth Programs
We recognize how important those early developmental years are. Our youth programs are designed to help kids develop confidence, coordination, focus, and emotional regulation through intelligent movement.
Each class blends:

Functional movement & strength

Martial arts-based striking (controlled and age-appropriate)

We focus on:

Balance, coordination, and safe falling

Controlled striking for focus, timing, and confidence

Martial Arts & Movement Classes
For Kids Ages 8-12
Wednesdays at 3-4pm | $40/class
Our kids class has a playful structure while still prioritizing building skills in areas like body coordination, strength, focus, confidence, and awareness of self and others. This age group has more of a "we" focus where we teach the kids how to work as a team and be aware of how their actions affect others.
The goal isn't competition or aggression, it's teaching young people how to move well, stay calm under challenge, and trust their bodies.
For Teens Ages 13-16
Mondays at 3:45-5pm | $40/class
This group is built to help develop discipline and emotional regulation through movement and martial arts. While we do focus on strength, athleticism, and boxing skills, the deeper goal is to build self awareness - helping boys recognize what they're feeling in challenging moments, how they respond to pressure, and the internal dialogue they carry when things get difficult.
This age group has more of an "I" focus where we teach the boys about self-accountability and how to navigate their own internal world in healthy ways.


Equipment Needed:
Both Kids & Teens will need to bring water as well as their own protective gear to class. This includes boxing gloves & shin guards. Shorts & a t-shirt or tank top must be worn for class. Be prepared to train barefoot.
